Across the Channel, Stade Toulousain is hoping for a first title, while Blagnac is aiming for a first first division trophy since 1993.

Saracens have topped the Premier 15 table losing twice all season, but one of those was a heavy 54-12 loss to Friday’s opponents the Chiefs.
They bounced back from that loss to beat rivals Harlequins 30-10 in the semi-finals, and it was their Red Roses who played the starring role.
England’s Poppy Cleall, Marlie Packer and May Campbell were the four goalscorers for Saracens along with international teammates Jess Breach and Amy Cokayne on the Quins scoresheet.
The Sarries trio will look to make the same impact on Friday after being named in an unchanged XV by Alex Austerberry.

Hannah Botterman, Vicky Fleetwood, Sarah McKenna and Holly Aitchison are also in attendance to ensure Saracens have plenty of experience to win the title, all having won the TikTok Women’s Six Nations with England.
Exeter Chiefs have already won silverware this year by winning the inaugural Allianz Cup by beating Harlequins 57-12 in April.
Their victory was led by their American stars Hope Rogers and Kate Zackary, but there are several Six Nations players alongside them for the showpiece.

England’s Flo Robinson starts at scrum-half for the Chiefs, with Ireland captain Nichola Fryday alongside Red Rose Poppy Leitch and Dutchman Linde van der Velden, giving a taste of the international flavor that characterizes this Exeter team.
The Chiefs beat Bristol Bears in their first-ever play-off, having only joined the league in 2020 and heading north to Worcester underdogs against serial winners Saracens.
Elite 1 also sees a team with past winning experience take on a team that has yet to taste glory in the French top division.
Blagnac’s two titles returned in the early 1990s as Saint-Orens, with four runners-up after their triumph in 1993, most recently last season.
They took revenge on ASM Romagnat, winners last year, with French international Melissande Llorens on the scoresheet.

Toulouse qualified for the final with a 31-12 victory over Stade Bordelais with TikTok Six Nations Women’s Championship player Laure Sansus scoring Toulouse’s third try which was converted by Les Bleues teammate Pauline Bourdon.
Lea Murie and Céline Ferer crossed paths later in the second half to sew the victory and set up a derby game to decide the league winners on Saturday in Grenoble.
