She has practiced yoga all over the world and has been in the UK since 2013.
Shennon added, “Whether you’ve never done yoga before or have been practicing for a while, a session at Hotpod Yoga will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. the soundtrack is definitely something you have to experience firsthand!
Each Hotpod Yoga class is designed for everyone and any body. You’ll want to come back for more! ”
Hotpod Yoga was started in 2013 by yoga teacher Nick Higgins and strategy consultant Max Henderson. The duo wanted to create a supercharged approach to an ancient practice that could help take yoga out of its niche and enter the lives of millions of people.
