Envy Apple teams up with model, New Zealand commissioner

LOS ANGELES – T&G Global has partnered with Haylon Smith, New Zealand Trade Commissioner, and Rachel Hunter, model and actress, to celebrate the apple brand Envy Success in the North American market.

In the past year, more than 2.1 million boxes of Envy apples were sold in the United States. High-demand premium apple brand topped the sales charts for a branded apple, winning 18.3% -dollar sales growth and volume growth of 18.0%. In addition, the apple was recognized as “the best in produce” by Kitchn in its “Kitchn Essentials: Grocery Edition,” an annual selection of must-have grocery items handpicked by Kitchn editors.

First released in North American production departments in 2010, after years of in-depth evaluation by New Zealand researchers and apple growers to ensure the variety meets and exceeds consumer expectations, EnvYes is an apple known for its balanced flavor, uplifting aroma, crunchy texture and slices that stay white longer.

Another proud “export” from New Zealand, an internationally renowned model, Rachel Hunter, partnered with T&G Global to raise awareness of Envy apples.
